MGC 240 same as Biolis 24i?

I run a small lab, testing about 40 DOA samples per week on a Biolis 24i.  From the images provided, the MGC240 appears to be nearly identical.  Does anyone know if these are in fact the same instrument?  Any input is appreciated.

This is the same instrument made by Tolyo Boeki. CLC jus puts their name on it.
