Log R Technology

What is this technology exactly?  How does it work?  What material is the pH bulb?  What's the actual thing that happens in bulb the bulb?  Can u send me details with images?

The Log R technology uses changes in the glass pH bulb resistance to measure temperature, eliminating the need for a separate temperature probe or sensor. This is particularly useful when working with small sample volumes as micro electrodes 3 mm in diameter can provide temperature compensated  pH measurements. In addition, the bulb resistance can be used as a basic diagnostic tool, as extreme changes in resistance may indicate a cracked bulb.
