Error 53

Our microbalance Accu-124D shows error 53. I am looking for a service manual or some tips about how to check what is broken.

The analytical balance was sold by Fisher Scientific, but actually manufactured by Acculabs in Göttingen, Germany. That is at least what I found in the web. Sartorius bought them some years ago.
