error d6.6

Hello

we sometimes have the d6.6 error that occurs after 1h30 of run but not always

rotor sw40 speed 36000rpm

we have done the service of the 2 vacuum pumps

I saw in some message that there would be a procedure to do the calibration with a 90Ti rotor

do you think it's useful?

and does anyone have the procedure?

Best regards

andre

The diagnostic is indicative of the drive voltage being out of range. You say that you did the service on the vacuum system but you did not say what the vacuum readout was at the time of the diagnostic as vacuum performance is frequently the cause of the d666 diagnostic.

Using the 90Ti rotor has more to do with setting the inertia for the centrifuge so I'm really not sure that running that procedure may be of any use to you. Running the vacuum calibration may help but that is done as part of centrifuge initialization procedure so I would have to locate that again as I have not had to worry about it since I retired almost 9 years ago. Please get back to me about the vacuum reading at the time of the diagnostic showing up.

Dear Don

Thank you for your answer
before the vacuum was between 13 and 4 microns
after maintenance the vacuum is between 3 and 0 micron

I'm lucky to have two centrifuges
I compared the values of the display mode
I noticed differences in the following settings

centrifuge ok
function 6 drive voltage between 14 and 32

centrifuge bad
function 6 drive voltage between 7 and 38

function 11 radiometer error voltage
Ok, 64.
bad -14

function 14 vacuum thermistor voltage
ok 1782
bad 2208

thank you for your help

Hello

I checked the level of the 220ml drive oil

and I measure the voltage of the drive with an osciloscop

for 1 hour the voltage was stable between 35 and 36 volts then it oscile from 7 to 20 volt in 15sec then a peak at 39 volt 1 sec after it decreases from 39 to 20 volt in 15 seconds then a fast drop 1 sec to 7 volt

if the voltage drops below 7 volts I get the error message d6.6

Do you have any idea what makes the drive voltage oscillate?
