LED display and cooling not working

Our lab's tabletop centrifuge is not working. It will spin, but the LED display is not legible and there's no way to tell how fast it's going. Also, the temperature control seems to not be working. It's no longer under warranty, so Beckman Coulter is quoting us $2000 just to look at it.

We already tried power cycling. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Did you repair your 20 series? The display issue is the LCD panel. Older ones that typically fail need the Dsiplay board and the main board as Beckman revised the display board so it is no longer compatible with the main board (thanks Beckman). Newer ones need only the Display board replaced, but these rarely fail. I have been searching for just the repalcement LCD panel, but it appears custom. Dang.
