"Time-out" Status when running background scan.
Hi there,
I have a Nicolet iS5. Prior to this moment everything has been working correctly. I switched the machine on this morning and each time I press "Collect Background" the scan status bar tells me "Time-out".
All the analysis menu's suggest there's nothing wrong and everything is working correctly, but the time out stops it from scanning.
Any ideas what this is?

I've encountered that before and aligning the bench seemed to resolve it for us.
