CO2 cal drift - NEW TECHNICIAN REQUIRING ASSISTANCE

Hi guys - New Technician here as the title suggests. 

Tried calibrating the system several times; however, the gas calibration fails and there is an error saying "Gas cal drift" on the main display. I can't seem to find the error anywhere else online. Any suggestion as to what I should do next?
