contamination trouble

the problom I have contamination effacting my result , in BIOTEK ELx 50 microwell wosher.
how do I solve this problom?

Replace all tubings.
Decomantamine tip manifold. Basically clean the entire liquid path.

do I have to use spacific chemical Solution to clean the path ?

Try 70% ethanol and purge with sterille water
