Error 9

I'm getting an error 9 and haven't been able to find a description of what could be causing it.

Do you have a sample changer and balance connected to the T50? Turn off all devices. First turn on instrument, T50, wait until completely starts up. Then turn on the sample changer, again wait until recognized by the T50. Finally turn on any balance or printer one at a time. If the error message continues, please contact Mettler Toledo service at 1-800-METTLER then press #1.
