I need the procedure for checking the speed of the centrifuge?

You need to place a small piece of photoreflective tape on the spindle hub down where the belt is.  Then use a phototachometer to read the speed depending on what your specific needs and what rotors you have. Two readings should be all you need such as 2K RPM and then one at the highest speed of your rotor.
