S7 system error

Avanti J-=E centrifuge showed that New Program detected; S7 system error, S1-new software, call service. We followed your instruction: enter, 911, CE; then, the S7 error disappeared. It works; but the S7 error comes back again when you restart the centrifuge. Please help.
