burret trouble

when i was working on autotirator T50 IT GIVE RESULT OUT OF LIMIT.AFTER INVESTIGATING I REALIZED THAT IT NEEDS RINSE FOR EACH TIME..HOW CAN I TROUBLESHOOT IT for ever?

rabar The burette might be worn, I would recommend replacing the glass cylinder, piston and the stopcock value.

avatar placemark yes,, appearing bubbles is the one possiblity but i dont know exactly where it come from and i washed burret with diluted HCl to clean all contamintion it fixed a little but it is not enough thats why i said burret trouble

rabar Why is the burette requiring a rinse after each sample? Are the air bubbles in the tubing? If air bubbles, where are the bubbles appearing?
