samples

Dears sirs I am a user of the Nautilus in a laboratory. The administrator of this system tell me that the Nautilus configuration not allows that, after a sample autorised and an error is detected, the sample can't be again open to register the anomaly, change the result and re-authorize the sample. Is this true? What is the best option for these situations? Thank you. Isabel Cruz

Hi Isabel,

I have checked with a colleague who is familiar with the Nautilus LIMS and he recommended I direct you to their on-line support site: http://support.thermoinformatics.com/

From here, you will be able to look through our knowledge base articles (you will need to register to do so). Software issues can be complex, so a quick call to one of our Tech Support Analysts may be your best bet. Contact information can be found via this link as well!

I hope this information helps!
