WHAT MEANS THE ERROR E09?

Hi -

It means you have the battery turned off   during the alarm test -

there is a blck toggle switch next to the big power switch - that is the batter switch -  turn that on and the alarm should go away -

if it doesn't then call panasonic at 800-858-8442 and ask for service or email them at: service@phcna.panasonic.com

if you have to contact them have the serial number  too
