  Fractionation Capability   Shimadzu's FRC-10A can be used over a wide range of flow rates, covering small and large-scale preparative work. It adapts to various applications, such as simple manual preparation performed while viewing chromatograms, and automated continuous preparation performed in combination with an autosampler.  

  With its high selectivity, the use of LCMS as a trigger to achieve the precise fractionation of target compounds has increased. Because the masses of target compounds are specified, reliable fractionation is assured and scaling up to preparative analysis is easy.
