Features of CellKey 384 System

Our automation-friendly technology, integrated fluidics, and analysis software, are now available in 384-well format. Along with the robust, reproducible data you’ve come to expect, the CellKey™384 System delivers

  • Rapid kinetic assay results in as little as 15 minutes or even less—not hours or days.
  • Simultaneous fluidics during measurement, that allows you to capture valuable fast kinetic response data, with no loss of information.
  • Label-free, screening-compatible format with higher speed and throughput, for cell-based kinetic screening—typically 24,600 wells in an eight-hour period.
  • Low reagent and sample volumes in a small benchtop footprint.

Features and Benefits

Reliable measurement of endogenous receptors: The CellKey™384 System sensitivity allows biorelevant measurements of receptor activity in cell lines and primary cells.     Label free: Expensive tags, dyes, or specialized reagents are not required.     Unique kinetic response data: CellKey™ response profiles directly correlate to receptor mediated signal transduction pathways, thus enabling identification of the underlying mechanism of action of lead compounds.     Universal platform: Single platform and assay methodology measures both G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and tyrosine kinase receptors (TKRs).     Streamlined assay development: Costly and time consuming biological manipulation of cell lines is avoided. Also, single-assay format can be used for multiple receptor types regardless of signal coupling mechanism.     Ease of use: The CellKey™384 System is a fully integrated, flexible and intuitive platform.
