When a traditional microscope is too large to integrate into a larger system, Olympus subassemblies allow for direct system integration. Subassemblies are much smaller than traditional microscope frames, saving valuable space. This series is available in both manual and motorized versions, with motorized subassemblies offering nosepiece focus, illumination control, magnification selection, and laser autofocus. These modular microscopes are well suited for scientific imaging equipment and semiconductor inspection equipment.
