Clonetics™ PNGM™ Primary Neuron Growth Medium Kit (PNGM™) was specifically developed for culturing embryonic primary rat and mouse neurons. This serum-free medium allows for long-term maintenance and growth of neuronal cells, and maintains pure populations of neuronal cells without the need of an astrocyte feeder layer. 
 
PNGM™ Medium is conveniently packaged in our BulletKit™ Format containing PNGM Primary Neuron Basal Medium (PNBM) and the Primary Neuron Growth SingleQuots™ Kit. The PNGM™ SingleQuots™ Kit contains the necessary volumes of L-glutamine, GA-1000, and NSF-1, a supplement supporting neuronal growth and survival , to complement the basal medium volume provided.The media kit is recommended for use with all of our primary rat and mouse neurons.
