Determines size, high resolution size distributions, and particle concentration. Unique optics can analyze polydisperse assemblages of particles in liquids and resolve separate size modes in complex samples. Also, the kinetics of aggregation, self-assembly, crystallization, and dissolution can be visualized and quantified in real-time.

The ViewSizer 3000™ uses innovative hardware and software to provide true distribution information for all particle sizes. The instrument visualizes scattering from individual nanoparticles in suspension. This data is then used to determine particle movement and infer particle size using the Stokes Einstein relationship. Furthermore, by using the known illuminated and imaged sample volume, particle number concentration is readily determined. Thus, from a single measurement, two critical pieces of information are determined: particle size distribution and particle concentration. Finally, the unique optical design allows measurement of a wide range of particle sizes in the same sample.

Using the ViewSizer™ 3000 gives unprecedented insight into your system, whether it is gold nanoparticles, proteins, ceramics, or anything else.

The ViewSizer™ is manufactured by MANTA Instruments and distributed in many parts of the world by HORIBA.
