When two or three 510 pumps are combined with a system controller, you can achieve reproducible multi-pump gradient solvent delivery with exceptionally smooth blending.
The digital, stepper-motor controlled flow and noncircular gears of the 510 ensure smooth and precise flow regardless of back pressure, flow rate setting, or solvent compressibility. The optional extended flow pump heads allow a larger sample volume and extend the flow range to 22.5 ml/min for semi-preparative applications.
