HORIBA - AToR EMCCD
Manufactured by HORIBA
The AToR EMCCD is a scientific interline EMCCD camera
The AToR EMCCD is a scientific interline EMCCD camera. The 658x496 sensor size enables optimum data resolution while the interline transfer technology allows very short integration times without image smearing as a result of the very quick transfer of signal charge to the lightshielded storage column.
The AtoR EMCCD camera provides outstanding performances for low light application and combines high sensitivity, speed and high resolution. It uses a peltier cooled Texas InstrumentsInterline Transfer device which provides QE up to 53%.
AToR uses a 16 bit A/D converter and offers a standard CameraLink output to offer the best, most reliable and cost effective interface solution.
Mounted on a microscope or packaged with our broad line of spectrometers, the AToR camera offers outstanding performance for low light applications such as fluorescence imaging and spectroscopy, astronomy, electrophoresis, LIBS and hyperspectral imaging.
For imaging applications, the camera is fully compatible with the image analysis software XCAP from EPIX and Micro-Manager software that provides a comprehensive and free software platform for automated microscopy.
Connected to an HORIBA Spectrometer, the iRiS camera is fully compatible with VSPEC-PRO software, a high performance software that provides sophisticated spectroscopy and imaging capabilities.
