TPU/TPV tubing pump 
Peristaltic pump designed for liquids of low and medium viscosities. Laboratory, processing and OEM applications. Simplicity of design permits users to connect their own motor drives (not supplied). Flow rates are determined by size and material of tubing. 
 
Available for OEM applications as a pumphead or pumphead with motor. For low cost pump applications fixed RPM tubing pump models are available in six different speeds. Variable speed models include speed, priming, forward/reverse, and dynamic brake controls. Dispensing model additionally offers programmable time control allowing specific volumes to be dispensed via local or remote control. 
 
Principle of Operation 
Flexible tubing is squeezed by rotating rollers against acrescent shaped rigid wall. Liquid is primed into the inletof the tubing by suction created by the rolling action anddispensing or transfer pumping of liquid commences.
