The compact Barnstead™ Easypure® II delivers ultrapure Type I water for your most sensitive applications requiring less than 15 liters/day.     A convenient and cost-effective alternative to costly bottled water, the Barnstead Easypure II dispenses water directly from the system to eliminate potential cross contamination. Features of Barnstead Easypure II

The Barnstead Easypure II is a compact water purification system suited for a range of low water volume lab applications requiring less than 15 liters/day of high-quality, Type I water. Benefits include:        

Exceptional Water Quality        

  • Exceeds all ASTM, NCCLS and CAP Type I standards        
  • Standby mode intermittently recirculates water during periods of inactivity maintaining purity levels and preventing the build up of contaminants.        
  • Microprocessor-controlled purity monitor provides digital resistivity readings, temperature compensated to 25°C.        
  • Up to 18.2 megohms-cm water purity exceeds ASTM, CAP and NCCLS Type I water requirements.        

Flexiblity & Easy Maintenance        

  • Optional remote dispenser delivers water up to eight feet away.        
  • Automatic or manual intermittent flush cleans ultrafilter while conserving valuable high purity water.        

The Barnstead Easypure II Family         The Barnstead Easypure II family includes six application-specific models that are ideal for a range of analytical, biological or life science research needs.        

Easypure II RF and RF/UV        

  • Ideal for analytical procedures requiring water free of organics, inorganics and bacteria including, HPLC, GFAA, TOC, GC/MS and ICP/MS and IC.        
  • Provides 1-5 ppb Total Organic Carbon (TOC)and 18.2 megohm-cm resistivity.        
  • Dual wavelength quartz UV lamp in RF/UV system oxides organics to virtually undetectable levels and controls bacterial growth.        

Easypure II LF        

  • Ideal for your most critical inorganic determinant analyses including AA, ICP, GC, and ICP/MS.        
  • Several cartridge formulations adapts to your specific feed water and application.        

Easypure II UV        

  • Ideal for applications such as low wavelength HPLC, IC, GC/MS where organic removal is essential.        
  • Provides 1-5 ppb TOC.        
  • Dual wavelength quartz UV lamp oxides organics to virtually undetectable levels and controls bacterial growth.        

Easypure II UF        

  • Ideal for critical applications including cell and tissue culture and monoclonal antibody production.        
  • Provides less than 10 ppb TOC.        

Easypure II UV/UF        

  • Ideal for DNA amplification (PCR) and electrophoresis.        
  • Removes RNase and DNase from concentrated feed sources.        
  • Dual wavelength quartz UV lamp oxides organics to virtually undetectable levels and controls bacterial growth
